MatMRI is a Matlab program that simulates MRI experiments such as 3D MP-RAGE and 3D MP2RAGE, and includes the ability to calculate the effects of magnetization transfer (MT). In addition to RAGE gradient encodings, the program can also do SAGE and TRUE FISP gradient encodings, and includes a k-space package that enables different k-space distributions to be produced, and also enables traversals through the k-space to be defined. MatMRI has a user-friendly GUI interface, and attempts to check for illegal entries that might crash the program.
